Glenn R. Carley – Chairman

Mr. Carley is currently Executive Chairman of Galleon Energy Inc. and a director of Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd.  Mr. Carley was formerly Chairman and CEO of Flagship Energy Inc., Chairman of High Point Resources Ltd., and Chairman and CEO of Magin Energy Inc.

Donald D. Staus

Mr. Staus is President and CEO of Culane Energy Corp.  He is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of oil and gas experience, and has been with Culane since its inception in December 2002.  Prior to that Mr. Staus was President and CEO of Canoro Resources Ltd.

Harley L. Winger

Mr. Winger has been a Senior Partner with the law firm of Burstall Winger LLP since 1990, and is a director of several junior oil and gas companies.

Donald J. Nelson

Mr. Nelson is President of Fairway Resources Inc., a private oil and gas consulting firm, and is a director of several junior oil and gas companies.  Prior to that, he was President of Summit Resources Limited.

R. James Brown

Mr. Brown is a retired oil and gas company executive, and formerly Vice President and CFO of Fording Canadian Coal Trust.  Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance and CFO for High Point Resources Inc. and Terraquest Energy Corporation.

Darren C. Stark

Mr. Stark is a Canadian trained lawyer with 18 years of international experience, the past 10 residing in Barbados. He had spent 7 years with Royal Bank of Canada, Global Private Banking, and had been their Managing Director in both Barbados and the Cayman Islands. Currently, and for the past 5 years, he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxbridge Bank & Trust SCC (“Oxbridge”), also based in Barbados. Oxbridge is a significant shareholder of Culane’s common shares.

Donald D. Staus – President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Staus is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of oil and gas experience, and has been with Culane since its inception in December 2002.  Prior to that Mr. Staus was President and CEO of Canoro Resources Ltd.

Thomas H. Field – Vice President, Engineering and Operations, and COO

Mr. Field is a Petroleum Engineer with over 25 years of diversified experience.  Prior to joining Culane, Mr. Field was Vice President of a private junior oil and gas company which he co-founded, an independent engineering consultant, and served in various positions at Loon Energy Inc., Stampeder Exploration Ltd., and Norcen Energy.

Stewart Larsen – Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Larsen is a Certified Management Accountant who brings over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience to Culane.  Prior to joining Culane, Mr. Larsen was a senior officer with a number of junior oil and gas companies.

Robert R. Verbuck – Corporate Secretary

Mr. Verbuck is a Partner with the law firm of Burstall Winger LLP.
