NELSON

Culane operates and owns 100% in 2 Ellerslie oil wells at Nelson producing approximately 25 BOE/d.  These wells were drilled in 2006 on a play identified by Culane on 3D seismic, the first well a vertical test, and the second a horizontal oil well.  

Culane has additional offsetting acreage at Nelson, but is deferring plans in favour of its projects at Killam and at Saskatchewan.
