REDWATER

Culane currently produces oil from one triple-leg horizontal well drilled in January of 2006.  Culane produces approximately 40 BOE/d from the well.  Culane disposes of water through a Culane-owned, pipeline-connected salt water disposal well, which helps maintain lower operating costs.  Culane has no current development plans at Redwater.
